Annual membership runs for 12 months and includes six collections - Spring (March), Summer (May), Autumn (September) and Winter (October) plus two Mid-Season Collections in July and January, which include end of Season SALE Clearances.

When ordering fabrics/subscribing to Fabric Club/renewing membership, please attach a fully completed order form –photocopies are acceptable if ordering by post or fax.

We accept payments for orders and subscription, by Debit Card or Cheques. Payments made by credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) incur the commission charge levied by the banks at the prevailing rate; currently 2.33% of the total.

Delivery period is normally 14 days from date of receipt of order. However, in most cases we endeavour to dispatch goods earlier if possible. Parcels are dispatched by Royal Mail or by our carriers; we request that you notify us of a day that is convenient for delivery. Parcels can be sent to an alternative address i.e. work –please enter the delivery address on the order form. Parcels can also be left -with your consent with a neighbour, or left in a porch, garage or other specified places. Please advise us of your preference on the order form.

To help us keep you informed with the progress of your order, it is essential that we have a contact telephone number or an e-mail address,. We adhere to a strict privacy policy and all details relating to you and your purchases are dealt with in the strictest confidence. Please ensure that a contact telephone number or an e-mail address is included on the order form.
